Wellness

Wellness is important to our pets, just as it is to you and I. From the physical exam for the aging cat to puppy vaccinations, wellness visits help to make sure our pets are on the right path. We can discuss nutrition, laboratory evaluation, grooming, weight management, parasite control and prevention, and many other topics.

Anesthesia and Surgery

Without question, the most worrisome thing for pet owners is anesthesia and surgery. We use state of the art monitoring equipment including pulse oximetry, electrocardiogram, and end-tidal CO2 monitoring, but also just a finger on the pulse to make sure that your pet’s procedure goes as smoothly as possible. Pain control is crucial following surgery, and is addressed in a compassionate and comprehensive way for every pet.

Radiology

Radiology is vital to the proper diagnosis and management of veterinary diseases. We utilize top of the line digital radiology equipment to take x-rays of your pet. If necessary they can be forwarded via the internet for consultation with specialists. We also employ ultrasound for specialty imaging of abdominal, cardiopulmonary, and cancer problems.

What if my pet is sick?

Pet Repair is in our name! We will work hard to properly diagnose and treat your beloved pets when they become ill. We are experienced in many facets of general practice including soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, infectious disease, ear infections, dermatology, emergency and critical care, cardiology, ophthalmology, and medical and surgical oncology.
